By using atlantismaldives.com and booking with Atlantis Tours & Excursions, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed upon payment or admin approval.
- Full payment required for "Paid" status.
- Prices are in USD and include all taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Tour Conditions
Tours operate weather permitting. We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours for safety.
Guests must arrive on time. Late arrival may result in forfeiture.
Follow guide instructions. We are not liable for injury due to non-compliance.
4. Liability
We carry insurance but recommend personal travel insurance. We are not responsible for lost items or personal injury beyond our control.
5. Photos & Videos
We may take photos/videos during tours for marketing. By participating, you consent to use unless you opt out in writing.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing Law
Maldives law applies.
